Kwartał Kamienic Old Town view by Elite Apartments

The house is really nice, very clean and beautiful. Location is very central and not noisy, the balcony is a very nice spot to look at the streets of the city.

The only little bad things, coffee machine was not working. Not a big deal.

The location was excellent, as the property is very close to the city center, restaurants, and shops. The interior was modern, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. Additionally, having access to a secure underground parking space was a great bonus.

The gate key card did not work, so we always had to enter the property through the underground garage on level -1. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire stay despite being listed as an amenity. We tried to get it fixed, but the owner did not resolve the issue.

Gestione pessima Chiesto check in posticipato alle 20.00, immediatamente accordato e poi fino alle 22.45 mi hanno lasciato per strada senza codice di accesso. Sia io che booking abbiamo provato molteplici volte a contattarli al numero per le emergenze per più di 2 ore senza ricevere risposta Dalle 20.00 alle 22.45 per strada! Anche la mattina successiva comunicare con loro in merito al deposito bagagli è stato impossibile Alla fine ho rinunciato e portato con me i bagagli Chiedono di comunicare solo con mail e non rispondono mai al telefono. Rispondono con molta molta calma. Peccato l'alloggio è posizionato benissimo, strada, e edificio ottimi Appartamento dalle grandi potenzialità, bellissima vista dalla terrazza ma qualche dettaglio andrebbe rivisto.
