Excellent attention to detail in the beautifully appointed rooms. Quality linen and furnishings throughout and a small well stocked kitchen with basic pantry items but little extras like welcome chocolates and ground coffee for the coffee machine. Comfortable living area, lovely bathroom with washing machine, small shady outdoor area and easy carport parking just outside the door. The owner was very friendly and promptly responded to anything we needed such as lifejackets for the kayaks. You cannot see the beach or rivermouth from the accommodation but it is a tiny walk through the park or along the beach track. It is about a ten minute walk into the nice little village shops and cafes either along the road or the beach. It was great to stay in a place where you can leave the car and walk to lots of places especially out for dinner.

The outside security light shines into the bedroom through the gaps in the rustic boatsheds door which was quite annoying. I also would have liked to have been given bags to separate green organic waste from landfill rubbish.

Quaint and more than adequate for our needs. Convenient to beach and town

All was good. However the refrigerator made a dripping sound when the motor was running which was disturbing at night.

Everything that you could possibly want was provided. The hosts had thought of absolutely everything.
