Neat and tidy - excellent location for our needs. All amenities were good.
It was very hot weather and it was difficult to find some relief. The house was difficult to cool and another upright fan in the back bedroom so a fan for each side of the room.

Brilliant location. Mins walk to beach and to Sawtell with restaurants etc.
It's quaint and has everything you need however compared to other accommodation (where dogs are not allowed) it's a bit expensive.

Easy info and quick in the rain
The queen bed bounced too much so on the second night I slept in the single bed. Much better sleep especially as we needed to drive the next day
