Neat and tidy - excellent location for our needs. All amenities were good.
It was very hot weather and it was difficult to find some relief. The house was difficult to cool and another upright fan in the back bedroom so a fan for each side of the room.

Brilliant location. Mins walk to beach and to Sawtell with restaurants etc.
It's quaint and has everything you need however compared to other accommodation (where dogs are not allowed) it's a bit expensive.

It’s in a central location to the main drag and a couple beaches including the dog off leash beach. Had a lovely time floating down Boambee Creek - beautiful.
The front door doesn’t lock. Can literally push it open. We were there for three nights. Contacted the host on the first night and it wasn’t fixed before we left.
