Great location

Spacious rooms 3 bathrooms Close to cafes and food

Left roller door doesn't roll up.motor was not functioning.which meant house is not locked. Ensuite shower taps are due for washers.had to turn really hard to stop shower dripping otherwise all was good.

We selected this property for the Location and size to accomodate the people we had coming. We have hired the property Twice before and found it very appropriate for our needs

After getting the keys we were Informed that the R/C aircon Downstairs was not Operating. I was informed it should be Fixed the next Day. [OK by Us]. The unit was then condemned and I was informed by a phone call tuesday it would not be replaced Till July. There Was no offer of backup heater or alternative Heating for Downstairs [Upstairs Has Central heating but it Doesnt descend down the stairs HOT air rises Apparently]. I Had a Conversation with McGrath real estate the lady said she would talk to owners about a Refund of some description. AS yet 1 month Later nothing has been done! The House is great for our needs. Town facilities Just 500 m Down the Road. Our sport facility just a 5 Minute Drive away. Enjoyed the stay just a little bit cool watching TV and relaxing
