Farmhouse 1 at Coffs by Tiny Away

Bec and Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, super peaceful and private and the cabin was spotless, comfortable and fully equipped. We had the best 3 nights sleep!

Driving in to the serenity and feeling welcomed by our host as we arrived . Communication on our stay was outlined clearly. Fire was amazing.

It had pretty much everything i needed for a stay for a sporting tournament. The host was friendly. The animals were lovely. Got to feed the horses my banana peels one evening.

As i was staying longer than 3 nights, I received an extra tax invoice after full payment for $20 for the toilet maintenance. This was not disclosed upfront. Road noise was a problem as it is closer to the highway than expected. The bathroom could do with a small shelf somewhere near the sink for toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. While I LOVE animals, the dog came up to my car the first afternoon I returned from my tournament. Incredibly friendly and lovely dog, but because I couldn't always see where it was and I didn't want to run over it, I had to wait for the owner of the house to come down to get the dog before I could finish parking. I could see them up on the deck and I kept looking up there in the hope they'd see the dog was causing a problem, but it took a good half an hour to come down, very much delaying my getting inside after a long day at the fields. Because I'd not met them yet (they were the host), they stayed and chatted for probably another 20 minutes. I really just wanted to get inside as I'd been around people all day.
