The swimming pool was quiet and excellent. Great location and close to the beach (5 minute walk). All local restaurants, bars, kids activities were all very close in a lively area.
Kitchen had missing utensils and I had to buy a lighter for the cooker. The stairs to the bedroom were steep but overall, it was a great villa.

Wie immer alles perfekt. Sauber, nett, gute Lage. Wir kommen jedes Jahr!
Die Küchenausstattung in diesem Appartment könnte etwas erweitert werden. Noch eine zweite Pfanne wäre z.b. gut. Aber wir waren bereits in anderen Appartments der Villa Carlotta und dort war mehr als genug vorhanden. Insgesamt ist es einfach top!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Apartments nice and clean, and well equipped.
Zero sound proofing in the maisonette apartment. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours, late into the night, so had to make a complaint. The very next morning, the staff arranged to move us to an apartment on the same site (which had no neighbours at that time). It was a significant upgrade at no cost. We were extremely grateful.
At no point were we made aware that the pool would not be available, and had maintenance work going on. It would have been nice to know as we would have booked somewhere with a functioning/indoor pool.
