Really friendly and helpful staff. Apartments nice and clean, and well equipped.
Zero sound proofing in the maisonette apartment. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours, late into the night, so had to make a complaint. The very next morning, the staff arranged to move us to an apartment on the same site (which had no neighbours at that time). It was a significant upgrade at no cost. We were extremely grateful. At no point were we made aware that the pool would not be available, and had maintenance work going on. It would have been nice to know as we would have booked somewhere with a functioning/indoor pool.
