Trout Creek Estate is where two mountains surround an alpine valley with a trout stream feeding your personal trout pond. This private preserve is ideally located just 6 minutes from grocery stores and less than 20 minutes to many of the world-famous Pikes Peak Region attractions, Pikes Peak, the Red Rocks, Cripple Creek Gold mining town, cave of the winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and a thousand places to picnic and hike.
The Mountain Home
While experiencing the natural beauty of the Estate and wildlife you will also experience luxurious mountain living in a single level architectural home, completed in 2015 as a vacation oasis. Walls of glass never let you forget you are in the Rocky Mountains and the two-bedroom wings, each with a master suite and guest bedroom, offers multi-family, multi generation privacy to absorb the Colorado experience. Air-conditioning, a not common feature in the mountains, is special feature you will appreciate mid June to mid-August
Elevated hosting
We understand that every minute is special on vacation and provide an elevated hosting service that allows you to maximize your time living the rocky mountain experience. You will have access to a vacation portal that helps you plan your vacation and make every minute count, a fully stocked house that will give you more time vacationing and less time shopping and a concierge to answer questions and assist with your vacation planning.

Down valley bedroom wing: Master suite with King bed, walk-in closet. Guest bedroom with queen bed, and convertible sofa and floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto deck lounging.
Up Valley bedroom wing: Master suite with King bed, Fireplace, television, walk-in closet. Guest bedroom with option to have a king bed or two twins, in-suite bath and walk in closet. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to the up valley deck.

Fishing for rainbow and brook trout, row boat, volleyball, picnic table, swing, Hiking along the stream and up two mountains for views of Pikes Peak. Ice skating on the pond is available Thanksgiving through February. Tobogganing on the property when Snow permits. Hot Tub with firepit.

This was really a fantastic vacation for us. Our family is big and had a lot of needs, and this allowed us to be outside and safe, but still I have a little bit of an adventure.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience at this beautiful rental home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with natural light. Every detail—from the plush linens to the well-stocked kitchen—made us feel instantly at home.The layout was ideal for relaxing and entertaining, with cozy seating areas and a spacious outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location was also fantastic—peaceful and private, yet close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions.The hosts were exceptional: responsive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. Lay out of the house was perfect for us. We spent 3 days there and enjoyed every minute. Wife found the special make-up remover towels a nice touch. Fire pit was great, we made smores.
