About this house rental
Bluebird View is your private lodge right in Woodland Park. Situated on 10 acres with an expansive view of Pike's Peak, you will have 5 bedrooms, 7 beds (none in shared spaces), a private hot tub on the upper deck with gorgeous views, open areas for your group to explore, and easy access to all of the Woodland Park mountain activities.
While amazingly private, the house is right off of the highway and less than 5 minutes to downtown Woodland Park!

THE SPACE:
This spacious home is perfect for your family getaway, with expansive views of Pike's Peak, 10 acres of privacy, while less than 5 minutes from downtown Woodland Park. With plenty of deck space, outdoor space to hike and explore, your family and kids will have the full mountain cabin experience.
The house sleeps 12 adults comfortably, but we are willing to accommodate a larger group if necessary with coordination prior to booking.
GUEST ACCESS:
You'll have the entire house and grounds to yourself, with the exception of two locked cleaning closets, a locked utility room, and the ranch buildings (metal barn and horse barn) for safety reasons.
The house is directly off of US 24 with a long (1/4 mi) private gravel driveway to the house.
Please note, in the winter the snow removal service may come to clear the driveways early in the morning. We also periodically check the hot tub chemicals, if that is planned during your stay we will let you know beforehand.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Depending on other bookings on either side of your stay, we may be able to adjust those times per request based on cleaner scheduling.
Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent this property is 25.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside.
All TVs in the home are Smart TVs and no streaming or cable services are provided. You are welcome to log into your own accounts when you arrive.
All beds will be made with linens and bedding. Please give us an accurate number of guests so we can provide towels appropriately.
Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the main level in this raised ranch. Entrance to the home is on both lower and upper levels, with the main kitchen and dining areas on the upper level.
There are cameras by the driveway areas and external doors for home security when we do not have guests. **There are no cameras inside the home or by hot tub area of the front deck.**

This place was absolutely great! Other than a very brief mix up that Peter handled very smoothly during the booking process, everything was 10/10. The house was clean, the view was amazing, and there was plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one infant. It is the perfect distance from Woodland Park; easy access town, but not too close so you can still feel like you’re “out in the wilderness”. We cooked most of our meals here and the kitchen and grilling space was perfect for this. The hot tub was clean as can be and was a huge hit with everyone!
