About this apartment rental
We updated the condo in new looking wood tile several years ago & added New Kitchen Appliances in April 2024. New plush leather living room sofa and love seat added May 2024. Brand new master bathroom walk-in shower August 2024. Located in the Beautiful Ocean Village Club condo community. We’re private owners (not a listing agency) and will personally treat you with courtesy, respect, and attentiveness.
Our 3rd floor walk up condo overlooks the tennis courts and heated pool. No Elevator Building. NEWLY ADDED 6 CHAIRS and BALCONY BREAKFAST TABLE AND 2 NEW TWIN SEALY POSTURPEDIC MATTRESSES. New medium support Queen Foam hybrid Mattress in the Master Bedroom. You’re just a short stroll to the sugar sand beach, outside pool, shuffle board, and the SUN. Great rates, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Your adventures while staying at Ocean Village Club are limitless... you can SUN, SWIM, SURF, PLAY TENNIS, FISH, GOLF, SHOP, or visit Disney, Kennedy Space Center, and other nearby sites, or just RELAX.
We’ve included many extras for your beach adventure, so you’ve got lots of new items – including new rain showerheads, pillows, full-size washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TV's, DVD/Blueray, fans, lights, cookware, towels, beach supplies, beach toys and more.
Our tasteful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the top-floor of the G building, a third-floor (walk-up) unit ensuring an abundance of light and privacy. The unit is completely and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, including bed/bath linens, a fully-accessorized kitchen, leather couches, a new washer/dryer, and beach supplies (towels, chairs, coolers, and toys). The club house offers a library, computer (DSL) and exercise room. DSL and FREE WIRELESS are ALSO available in our condo. You supply your own laptop.
The master bedroom has a new memory foam queen-size bed 2019, 39” TV w/ cable DVD/Blueray player, and its own master bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of closet space. There is an additional bathroom just off the second bedroom.
The dining area includes a table which seats six. This sprawls into the living room - which is completely furnished including cable 42” TV, DVD/Blueray player, as well as sliders leading to the balcony. The balcony is furnished with chairs - perfect for relaxing and taking in a tennis match or surfing the web while sipping a cool beverage.
COMPLEX – Ocean Village Club grounds are immaculately maintained, and rival (if not surpass) many resorts.
LOCATION AND SITES - When not relaxing on the beach, you can visit the fabulous historic city of Saint Augustine, the oldest city in the nation, just 15 minutes away. While in Saint Augustine, you can enjoy historic sites, fabulous shops, and fine restaurants. You can tour the famous Castillo De San Marcos Fort (17th-century fortress), the Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, horse-drawn carriage rides, San Sebastian Winery, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and so much more. If shopping is your fancy, you are located only 15 min from the famous St. Augustine outlets. In fact, you are centrally located to many of “the basics”- 1 mile from TWO grocery stores, 0.5 mile from St. Augustine's best breakfast (Oasis restaurant), and 5 mile from the shopping district at the intersection of US 1-312 (HomeDepot, Marshall’s, Target, Staples, Chick Filet, Burger King, McDonald’s, Outback Steaks, and much, much more).
SPORTS - Besides the FREE on-site amenities (two pools, tennis courts, and shuffleboard and all the beach you-care-to-enjoy) you can partake in surfing, fishing, and boating. Of course, great golf courses are very close - including Sawgrass/Ponte Vedra (TPC). We’re also close to the World Golf Village - where you can tour the World Golf Hall of Fame and see an I-Max movie.

Upon arrival, we found the room spotless and furnished with even more amenities than were listed. I had brought a few beach items, expecting they wouldn’t be available, but was delighted to discover a beach buggy, plenty of boogie boards, two beach umbrellas, and several chairs waiting for us. Truly, there’s no need to bring anything for the beach when staying here. They supplied coolers, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, a buggy to hold it all, and more.The kitchen was also well stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, and cups our family needed, plus a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for ultimate convenience. The rooms themselves were comfortable, clean, and offered ample space for unpacking and storing our clothes. A pleasant surprise was the box fan, which we used while sitting out on the deck on days when the breeze wasn’t quite enough to keep us cool. The property itself was fantastic, offering several shuffle boards, tennis courts, and swimming pools, so there was always something fun to do when we weren’t out enjoying the beach and the waves.This was truly a great place to stay!

Property was bright and clean. Close to the pool. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but the hosts supplied all the beach gear you could ever need. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and close to the grocery. It was a great stay!

Property,pool, garden, parking , beach access and location great. Condo was very clean. Lots of stuff you need in beach area, but perhaps too much filling closet space. Great to have updated washer/dryer. Twin beds small- more like youth beds fine for kids but short for adults. You sink into outdated sofa. Kitchen appliances usable . Could use some updates
