Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is the perfect beachfront retreat for a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family seeking adventure and relaxation. Spectacular ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club features 2 large pools plus a private boardwalk to pristine St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, parasailing, or just sunbathing steps from your door.
The recently remodeled unit is beautifully decorated exotic global themes. The unit is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, and even beach chairs. We provide dishes, silverware, and cookware.
Just 2/10 of a mile away is the famous Oasis Restaurant. Two grocery stores are within 4/10 of a mile of the unit. Slightly farther away is historic downtown St. Augustine. The oldest city in America, St. Augustine has such attractions as the historic fort of Castillo de San Marco, the Lightner Museum, the oldest schoolhouse in America, the oldest jail, The Fountain of Youth, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Famous St. George walking street provides for shopping, history, and culinary delights all in one delightful package. A city for all seasons, St. Augustine is home to the Amphitheatre which hosts concerts and shows. This condominium building is very well kept and perfectly maintained. The condo I rented overlooked the grounds, two beautiful swimming pools and the ocean. We could see both the sunrise and sunset.Everyone is friendly and pleasant to be around. This was our fourth year renting for two months.

The view is wonderful, and the host was very good about communicating. However, the unit itself could use a few updates.
