THE VILLA ROSA
You can enjoy a beautiful area of 129m², since the villa can accommodate very comfortably on its 3 floors up to 8 adults and 2 children.
It is located opposite the bay of Fautea, with a sumptuous view of the sea. The famous beach of white sand de fautea is a 3-minute walk away, beach where there is also a seaside restaurant (Mediterranean cuisine).
The living space is very comfortable (sitting area with large flat screen, bar, kitchen area ..). From the sofa you can admire the bay of Fautea since the large windows that open completely allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view .... except if you prefer to enjoy the infinity pool or jacuzzi which are just on the terrace near the living room and they also enjoy this incomparable view .... Finally, in the late afternoon, you can enjoy the solarium, or 5 terraces that the villa has to share a moment of conviviality with family or friends (3 private terraces juxtapose the rooms, a patio where you can lunch on the maquis side and finally the main terrace where is the pool and jacuzzi near the lounge / kitchen).
The house is fully equipped with recent equipment: free wifi, flat screen tv, dvd player, game console, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, grill -pain, vacuum cleaner, furniture ...
You can choose your sleeping area among the 5 bedrooms (and 4 bathrooms) that the villa has:

You will be able to discover the house on the photos, to know that on certain photos there is still the tiled floor which was entirely replaced by the gray tiling on the main terrace and the terrace of the room.
On site our manager Marion will welcome you the day of your arrival at the villa. She will be happy to inform you about the essential sites or give you the best addresses not to be missed. Of course, she will be listening to you during your stay.

OUTSIDE
The villa is equipped with a private heated pool 3x5m overflow with alarm and a jacuzzi. The set is checked every week by a pool specialist.
The garden with a surface of 750m ² is flowery and composed of local essences. It has 4 terraces (1 covered) with sea view and 1 patio with sea and mountain views
The villa is located between 3 and 5 minutes walk from the sea.
Several facilities are at your disposal: garden furniture, sunbathing, parasol, barbecue, ...
2 parking spaces are also available near the house.
AREA
The region offers many activities both at the seaside and in the mountains or rivers.
From the villa:
200m from the beach of Fautea and 500m from the beach of Lavu Santu. It has a bar and an excellent restaurant.
8 to 10 minutes by car from Saint Lucia of Porto-Vecchio where you benefit from many shops (pharmacy, supermarket, doctor, hairdresser, bakery, butcher, tobacconist ...)

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. De nombreux espaces séparés pour que chacun ait son intimité. La maison est également parfaitement équipée. Nous n’avons qu’une envie : y retourner !

Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie ließen uns einige Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check in ins Haus , weil wir früher mit der Fähre angekommen sind. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen und war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet .

Dure de définir une note. La villa a effectivement une vue absolument magnifique, belle piscine et chambres et super équipement. Il y a effectivement une plage à 2min à pied. En hors saison, il vaut mieux prendre la voiture et aller sur des plages plus paradisiaques mais je suppose que ça doit être très pratique en juillet/août.
L’accueil était très sympa et arrangeant, bouteille de vin offerte, serviettes de plage offertes !
La note vient de la seule critique négative, mais de taille, il n’y a pas de vrai Jacuzzi/Spa. Il y a un bain à bulle intégré à la piscine. On est loin des jets d’un jacuzzi mais surtout, l’eau étant la même que la piscine, on ne peut pas chauffer le spa à plus de 28°C.
Je présume qu’en été ce n’est pas trop dérangeant mais en hors saison (octobre pour nous), c’est trop froid pour passer des soirées dans un spa. Dommage c’était un des critères principaux de notre choix de villa: pouvoir se prélasser dans un spa (37°C, comme tous les spa normaux et encore plus un « jacuzzi ») le soir, avec une super vue. La quand il fait 18°C avec du vent, le spa fait froid et on y reste pas.
Nous n’aurions pas choisi cette villa si cela avait été clair dans la description.
Pour résumé si le spa n’est pas important pour vous, ou que vous venez en pleine chaleur, prenez la villa les yeux fermés, elle est magnifique.
