Exceptional new villa in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio (Corsica), sea view, and close to the beaches of Lavu Santu and Fautea (1,200m), nestled in a green setting.
This 235 m² house, tastefully decorated, has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, a pool house, a petanque court and terraces, and can accommodate up to 14 people.

- Equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (surface area of nearly 70m²),
- 4 master suites with sea view with their own bathroom (shower) and toilet,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm that can be joined together and 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a trundle bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub,
- Sheets and towels provided,
- A guest toilet.
Outside:
- Heated swimming pool of 11m x 4m infinity with submerged deck and roller shutter,
- Pool house with outdoor dining room (about 12 people), outdoor lounge under arbour, and kitchen with sink and electric plancha,
- Sea view terrace with deckchairs, umbrellas and arbour,
- Rear terrace with petanque court.
Travellers' access
The villa and its land are exclusively reserved for you, it being specified that the plantations have just been carried out.
3 parking spaces, 1 of which has an electric vehicle charging station.
