Apartamento pequeno, porém funcional, com microondas, cooktop de indução, cafeteira, frigobar, máquina de lavar roupas e utensílios domésticos suficientes. Localização excelente, a duas quadras da praia e com mercados, restaurantes e comércio variado na vizinhança. A aproximadamente 5 km de distância do centro histórico. Estação de ônibus (Santa Catalina) a cerca de 800 m de distância. Shopping Center e Terminal de Cruzeiros a cerca de 1 km de distância. Anfitriões atenciosos e comunicativos.
Nada do que reclamar.

Sehr gute Lage! Und nachdem man sich an die Besonderheiten des Apartments gewöhnt hatte, war es wunderbar. Es ist klein aber fein. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und es ist sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
War anfangs über die Winzigkeit erschrocken, auf den Fotos sieht es irgendwie größer aus. Aber letztendlich war es okay, man kommt klar. Es gibt clevere Lösungen für alles. Am Haus war eine Baustelle. Pünktlich gegen 8 Uhr wurde der Bauaufzug vor meinem Fenster in Bewegung gesetzt. Anscheinend wird aufgestockt.

Es ist viel zu laut wegen der Baustelle und das ganze Gebäude riecht nach Schimmel und das Apartment auch
