About this apartment rental
Large windows overlooking the beach. Spacious and bright apartment that has a living room with a massage sofa, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 cm and a bathroom included with a bathtub, second bedroom with two beds type lliteras, and a second bathroom with shower plate . Sea views from the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
Located in one of the best areas of the capital from where you can move with ease since it has a taxi rank at the same door of the apartment and a few meters walking the bus station that will connect you with all the important enclaves of the island and from where you can also take the tourist bus to get to know the city.
On the other hand, the avenue of the beach offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy as well as all kinds of international food.
The mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bath water (between 18 degrees of the winter months and 22 of the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year.
The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle tennis, sailing, windsurfing ...)
And for nature lovers, the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world, making it deserving of the qualification of “miniature continent”.
Gran Canaria internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has many natural resources that make it the perfect destination for health care. Apartment close to the beach. Supermarket just downstairs. Boiler is small, you'll have be quick when taking a shower. We enjoyed our stay.

Der Empfang bereits war super freundlich. Für den ersten Tag wurde ein kleiner Begrüßungskorb mit Nahrungsmitteln kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung wurde ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Alles bestens, gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr.
