Location, easy entrance/leaving with codes, spacious apartment and spacious balcony. Clean, everything you need, internet working without issues.
There were construction works in the apartment next to it but it did not bother me.

Apartment uses a modern numberpad system for entry to the main door and room door. Super easy to use and hosts supplied the codes ahead of time.

Very tiny bathroom,shower head did not fix to wall so have to hold shower head all time. Also water took ages to drain away in bathroom sink. Poor quality towels . We had two weeks and someone came after one week with more towels and sheets . Bed very uncomfortable.
