Louisiana Themed, Beautiful, Newly Renovated, open design with living room, dining room and spacious kitchen with quartz counters. Vaulted Ceilings. Single-level. Comfortable King size beds with cool gel mattresses and amazing headboards - ensuite baths with towel warmers- 2 separate coffee bars stocked with your choice of coffee and tea. Fully furnished with 3 Large TVs, WiFi and Netflix. Huge dining table for games and puzzles, Washer/Dryer, Outside entertainment Deck with gas grill, abundant wildlife. Whole house, not a duplex. 1/2 mile to Garvan Gardens, 1.5 mile to Lake Hamilton Boat Launch (Sunnybrook Landing with fishing pier, 30 acre park and boat launch), 6.5 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, Close to Lake Catherine St Park/Diamondhead - easy access and close to all Hot Springs has to offer. RV Hookup available for our guests, 35 amp breaker and dump station. House is easy to find, located at the corner of Carpenter Dam and Arkridge Roads. Dual entrance, circular drive. Equipped with hairdryers, pots, pans, dishes and everything you need for a weekend or longer stay visiting Hot Springs National Park. 2 night minimum. Government rates available for stays over 14 days. We take care of our guests and have attained Premier Status with VRBO. This is our 2nd time staying and we love it. The decor is amazing, it is so comfortable and they go out of their way to provide little extras that make your stay amazing. This will be our go to place everytime we come.
