Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent in quantity and quality of cooking. Rooms were an excellent size and very pleasant to be in. They weren’t soulless boxes at all.
There was sometimes the noise of bottles being put into the recycling bin, especially in the room next to the beer garden.

We were several floors up which was fine but the staircase was a little narrow which can be awkward bringing a suitcase up but we managed okay

We had a wonderful stay at Walter’s Place. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.
Nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
