Kľúče sme si vyzdvihli podľa pokynov v maily zo schránky, to bolo OK. Ale potom sme netušili, kam máme ísť. Pán na recepcii nás odignoroval, len ukázal, kde máme schránku. Netušili sme, že schránka 13 znamená poschodie, ani číslo izby. Išli sme intuitívne. Ale našli sme. Odporúčala by som mať k dispozícii 2 kľúče, keďže nás bolo 5 a nešli sme všetci naraz. Zároveň zvonček pred presklennými dverami do apartmánov vydáva hrozný zvuk, možno už bude slabá baterka. Treba skontrolovať. čo sa týka samotného ubytovania, tak to bolo super. Ďakujeme

centrale ligging in de stad en ruim appartement voor een gezin met 4 kinderen. Vlotte communicatie en behulpzaam. netjes schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Volledige uitgeruste keuken en het appartement biedt de mogelijk tot overdekte parkeergarage (tegen betaling)
de afwikkeling van de facturatie verliep niet geheel vlekkeloos en naast de extra handelingen die normaal niet bij Booking.com noodzakelijk zijn, was het verblijf dubbel in rekening gebracht en moest daarna weer gecorrigeerd worden en vraagt dus extra aandacht of alles wel goed verloopt.
