An entertainer's floor plan features clerestory windows, period-inspired furnishings, high tongue-and-groove ceilings and walls of glass that lead to the *private* resort like backyard, sparkling heated Saline pool (pool heat is optional, see pricing), and breathtaking views of the mountains. Enjoy the outdoors in a variety of ways: relax poolside, dine alfresco, or lounge in the covered breezeway.
3 bedrooms: 1 King Suite (with private en-suite bathroom), a 2nd bedroom with a King sized bed and a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed.
Other entertainment includes a shaded park nearby, a short walk to the nighttime hotspot The Riviera, and easy access to the Downtown Strip, featuring bars, restaurants, casinos, shopping, & spas.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Palm Springs City Ordinance, the primary renter must be 25 years or older and be present during the rental period. The City requires that you provide a government ID and your acceptance of the booking confirms your understanding of this.
Also, due to Palm Springs City Ordinance, overnight guests cannot exceed 2 people per bedroom, therefore we cannot accept bookings of more then 6 people (the overnight guest number can increase to 8 if two of the guests are 12 years old or younger, though we recommend groups of 6 or less regardless).

Excellent communication from Kris. Property was a good size, the back yard was the appeal with the pool and the outdoor area. The kitchen had most things we needed, but we couldn’t find any scissors. The dishwasher was not stable inside, but still worked fine. Lots of dishes to use but the bigger ones don’t fit inside the dishwasher. The couch was NOT comfortable to lounge on but the outdoor one was great! Check in was really easy and the property was a close to everything we wanted to see. We were happy with it overall.

The house was on a busy street, but once inside the traffic wasn't noticeable and the pool was a backyard oasis. You'll need a car to get around, but Palm Springs is easy to navigate. We enjoyed our stay at Martini Weekend.

Cool house, good decor, had everything we needed. The house sits on a pretty busy street but it didn't impact our stay at all and noise wasn't too bad at night. Very close to all the best restaurants, 5min ride to everything.

We had to clean crumbs out of drawer that held pans and rewash dishes, cups and utensils before using them. Opened packages of food was left in cupboards and fridge. There was a broom but no dustpan. We had to get permission to purchase a toaster and a saucepan and frying pan big enough to prepare food for 6 adults. We left them there ( your welcome). Plenty of wine and martini glasses but only three drinking glasses. House is on the market to sell so owners must have lost interest in rental details.
