Everything was great including Andy. We brought two boats and were able to charge the batteries just fine but be sure to bring extension cords with multi plugs. The boat house was nice but did have some floating grass blown into it. I removed it anticipating possibly using it during the fishing tournament but the grass was back the next day almost as bad. Nothing the owner can do about it and there are no complaints concerning the boat house. The road which the cabin is located on is quite curvy and hilly especially while pulling a boat.

The interior of the cabin was cute and nice. On the outside it was not as cute. The condition of the property was not typical of the area and was not appealing. The primary reason we rented this spot was for the boathouse and dock, however, neither was usable. The inlet was inundated with eel grass, which is a common problem on the lake, there were numerous large logs in the water around the boat house, more than half the dock was roped off because the boards were rotten and unsafe and there was no way to tie a boat to the dock. As such, we were forced to trailer our boat back and forth. We realize the eel grass is a common problem but had we known it made the use of the advertised facilities unusable, we would have looked elsewhere. The trailer entrance was sketchy, at best and was a challenge with a 22 ft pontoon boat. Had it rained at any point, I'm not sure the entrance would have been usable.
