Andy was a great host and very helpful and knowledgeable on the lake, the property was perfect for our fishing trip! Very clean exactly how it was described and so quiet and beautiful!

It was a very nice cabin. Very cozy and has everything you need. The main bed was very comfy. The couch was comfy. The boat house was amazing and very convenient. Everything was clean. The owner was very nice and made us feel very welcomed. I would stay here again without hesitation.
I wouldn't say that we have anything that we didn't like. The only thing that I could say is that the bunk beds were not the most comfortable. But they're bunk beds, you don't expect them to be luxury.

The air conditioner and water pressure
No lakeside view in summer, grass is not cut way too tall worried about snakes, fire pit is not practical (can’t sit around it), grill doesn’t work, the HIKE down to the water is literally a danger! Property is unkept (piles of dead vines, used ladders, remodeling items piled up) the ceiling fan over bunk bed is a danger , plastic on queen bed is loud, the mattresses appear very old and have eggshell foam on top, couch is broken
Should have rented a cabin at Guntersville Lake Park
