Cozy house next to Lake Guntersville. Walking distance to beach and picnic area. Less than a mile from boat ramp, convenient during fishing tournaments....very close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Great location

We've stayed here before and we love the location close to the lakeside park and walking trail that's super handy with the doggo! The house was clean, beds are comfortable. Kitchen has basic necessities which was all we needed. Glad they had a dehumidifier as it was very hot and humid when we were there!

Stayed a week at Shane’s Cozy Lakeview house This was our second stay! Enjoyed it as much this time as last time! Looking forward to our next stay! No problems at all! This is a Perfect Getaway place for Peace and Relaxation! Plus, it’s convenient located to the City of Gunterville! Thanks Shane!

Our stay was a perfect location for enjoying the fireworks and 4th of July festivities at Guntersville Lake. The house was super clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host, Shane Pass, was quick to respond to our wifi question. We will stay here again.

House overall was very good. We did experience a few bathroom faucet problems but handle very quickly by owner. Also rained most of the time we were there and roof developed a leak at the end of our stay. Owner will repair. If you plan fishing at the location you will need four wheel drive as the driveway is very steep. In discussion with owner he plans to make a half moon driveway next to street at bottom of property.
