Third bedroom has a queen size bed. Living room has futon and flat screen TV. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Oven/Stove. Screened in front porch open to views of lake. Large fire pit and secure private boat dock with electrical hookups on site.
Gunters Land Golf course is a 5-minute drive.
Downtown Guntersville is a 10-minute drive filled with restaurants, coffee shops and antique stores.
