Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unit was clean but needs updated. Carpet was bad and beds need replaced.

Love staying at the Majestic — been here repeatedly and the views and amenities offered can’t be beat.
The unit is nice, needs some updating and a deep clean but the couch and dining area were great for our group to hang out and relax during our trip.

Communication is bad when we arrive one of the bathroom have a problem we were told someone will come and fix it
We kept waiting and called few time they kept telling us they coming till 10 o’clock at night I called they told me it is too late now for someone to come we wasted the whole evening waiting

Im no complainer, nor did i have time to stay and wait on someone, but just know you cannot take 2 showers at once...hot water will not last....the dryer does not dry the clothes at all.it says there are grills on property but never found them... 1 window wont lock...sliding glass door wouldnt lock..Other than that we had a great time..It just would have been nice to know before i came.
