Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Had an issue when we first arrived on the property in the parking garage with the attendant, but concerning check in and check out for the condo it was super easy. The Vacasa folks were great at responding and to work with. A few things need to a bit of attention but nothing major.
The view from the balcony was fabulous, and the condo was lovely. Had most everything we needed.
