Location is great, right on the beach and location of the room is also perfect, not too high but you can still see what's in the water. Dolphins made their morning and evening rounds, very relaxing. The condo is very large, almost too much so, especially the master suite, furniture on the balcony, couches comfortable, elevators fast and smooth. You don't need codes for the gates to the pool or beach
The place needs upkeep, several things broken, mattress not very comfortable. Majestic beach towers made a promise to rectify these, hopefully it will be done. Another thing, calling one water feature a "water park" is a severe understatement. Also the parking is NOT FREE. It costs additional $41

Would like to have a map or list of where everything is, like all the pools, Starbucks, etc

Hassled constant about wrist bands on resort property. No cookware I had to buy a set.

We liked the size of the condo and the location.
The condo could have been cleaned better. The parking deck is difficult. There is barely enough room for two vehicles to pass each other when one is coming in and one is leaving.
