Comfortable and well equipped apartment in Aosta

Well renovated apartment, super clean and fully equipped. In a quiet location, 5 min driving from Aosta center and the ski lift, it has a private parking and it is perfect for a couple or for a family with children. The host is super nice, highly recommended!

Exceptional

This appartament was exceptional, everything we needed we had, Bathroom equipted with all needs, bedroom was cosy, excellent heating, the sofa bed was comfy for our son, but mainly it was super clean up to standards!! Only 6 mins by car to centre. Hosts are very welcoming even brought us to wine glasses when we asked for. Would definitely recommend!!

Exceptional

Although the property had few reviews on booking, we decided to try it and we are not sorry. The property was excellent, modernly furnished, everything was almost new, the bathroom very modern and equipped with everything needed. So was the kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking. Although we anticipated arriving at a certain time, we arrived late around 22:30, the host was very welcoming and waited for us in the parking area. The host welcomed us with candys and a wonderful selection of coffee and tee. We strongly recommend this accommodation which has an excellent quality-price. We also really appreciated the free parking that saved us from searching.

The pillows weren't exactly up to my taste, but my wife liked them. In a cupboard I think there were several variations of pillows , but I didn't try them.

Very new and nice apartment with all the equipment needed, including dishwasher (+parking). Host took a good care of us, when we asked to lube the doors, it was done the same day.

The only drawback i can think of is the distance from the old town (30 min, by foot). However, you are very close to amazing restaurant Grotta Azzura!

Very nice owner, very clean, own private parking place, bathroom equiped with a lot of toilet paper, towels, shower and shampoo gel, very close to nice restaurant, Nearest shop within 3 minutes by car.

No air condition, but we had a ventilator. We have been in an extremely temperatures around 30 degrees during the day.

Superb

The apartment was nice, well equipped and very clean. The owner lives next door and was friendly and helpful. The rate included a parking spot just outside the building.

The condo building is in the suburbs, so there is not much to do or see in the neighborhood. It's a 25 minute walk to the city centre, or a short ride by car (5-10 minutes).

Nice modern apartment.

Very clean and recently renovated with some carefully picked details. Modern kitchen. Nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Above the average lighting solution. Suitable for a couple or a family with 1..2 kids.

Kitchen was not equipped properly for self catering, decent knives and cutting board were missing. For a weekend stay it’s not a problem as there are several good places to eat out at the walking distance.

Appartamento accogliente e con un'ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo appartamento molto bello e accogliente. La casa è ben arredata e moderna. La cucina ha tutto quello che serve per poter mangiare in casa e ho apprezzato molto l'odore di pulito che c'è in tutta la casa (asciugamani, lenzuola ecc.). La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, ci siamo sentiti accolti fin da subito ed è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta in ogni momento della giornata. Se dovessi ritornare ad Aosta, alloggerei qui nuovamente senza dubbio. La posizione molto strategica per chi come noi va a sciare a Pila. Difficilmente mi capita di valutare 10 un appartamento ma non ho riscontrato difetti in niente. La consiglio!

Idealne miejsce na wypady po całej dolinie Aosty. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka !

Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, która mieszka zaraz obok apartamentu. Idelany apartament dla 2 osób z wielką łazienką i przestronnym balkonem od strony zachodnio-północnej więc można posiedzieć na balkonie mimo upalnych dni. Nowoczesny apartament w bloku z sypialnią, łazienką i salonem z aneksem kuchennym. Kuchnia i łazienka dobrze wyposażone. Bardzo czysto. Jest zagwarantowane miejsce parkingowe. Spokojna okolica. Do samego centrum Aosty piechotą około 30 minut.

Przydałaby się pralka i mikrofalówka.

Oltre le aspettative. Ci tornerei.

La proprietaria è ci ha contattato e poi accolto con estrema cordialità. L'appartamento è pulitissimo oltre ogni immaginazione, ristrutturato ed arredato con molto gusto, la dotazione di stoviglie è completa, serrande elettriche, lavastoviglie, piano ad induzione, macchina del caffè con cialde, thè, pentole, bicchieri, ecc... tutto nuovo. Il posto è tranquillo e si ha a disposizione un posto auto riservato.

Super accogliente!

Ottimo soggiorno! L'alloggio è molto pulito e accogliente, il bagno super spazioso, al terzo piano ma con ascensore e tutti i comfort necessari! Menzione in più per la proprietaria, estremamente gentile e disponibile (siamo arrivati molto tardi a causa di traffico e ci ha rassicurati e aspettati per indicarci il posto macchina, consegnarci le chiavi e darci varie indicazioni). Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo vissuto il soggiorno in maniera molto serena!
