About this house rental
Private home with spectacular views! Enjoy this comfortable cottage-like 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with gated parking, AC in both bedrooms, cable TV, Internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen! Big outdoor patio area with gas grill, patio table and an outdoor bathtub/spa with jets! Seasonal sunset and whale watching. All of this within a short walk of beautiful Sandy Beach, great for surfing and swimming (when swell is minimal). Walking distance to a number of great local bars/restaurants, gift shops etc.

Everything was lovely! The property was so cute and loved being so close to several beach, bars, and restaurants! The hosts are very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again in the future!!!

The only reason I gave a good instead of excellent as an overall rating, there was an issue with the ice maker in the freezer. We didn't cook much but the skillets for breakfast were not great. Location was great. Lots of restauraunts within 15-20 minutes. If you are not used too heat and humidity, then it could get too warm downstairs, since the A/C units are upstairs. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Our favorite beach and water was at the Marine reserve approximately 10 minutes from the residence. The water was so refreshing. We will stay here in the future.

Loved the rustic retreat and Rincón. Very short walk to the beach but a very steep hill is good to know. Loved the outdoor space and tub but watch out for fire ants. Ryan and Erica were super cool and helped whenever needed. I would come back here a million times. Comfy beds. Great kitchen. Ac worked great. Lovely view. Amazing location.
