Convenient three minute walk to the beach with a little corner store one minute away, surfboard rentals, one minute away, and a coffee shop and a restaurant five minutes away walking.The pool was nice and clean, although we spent most of our time in the ocean.Having laundry on site was nice.The kitchen was well appointed and convenient. The air-conditioning and fans all worked well, and the parking was very convenient with its own dedicated parking spot for a rental car.The beds were pretty uncomfortable in the matches, not very good which really is my only complaintThe balcony was a really nice spot to hang outWe stayed with With with our four young children and plan to go back again and certainly would consider renting the same place

This was our 4th time staying in Rincon and our 3rd time staying at Ocean Terrace. Repeat business speaks volumes. The condo is perfectly situated to walk everywhere at Sandy Beach and is just far enough away from the bars that music isn't an issue. The building is well kept and if needed there are 2 parking spots out back. Plenty of room for surfboards and close enough to downtown Rincon for the farmers and artisan markets.

Loved the place. It was walking distance from Sandy beach. Was clean. Good instructions on how to access the property on first day.
The one small issue we had, was the washer and dryer didn’t work. We were going to wash all our clothes on the last day and couldn’t get the washer to work and the dryer didn’t have heat. When we called them, they said, they would send someone the next day, which wouldn’t have worked since we were checking out and needed our clothes by then.
