Air conditioning throughout the house - First bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, and third bedroom has 1 Queen Bed. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven range, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, etc. Linens for bedrooms and bathrooms are all included. Beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Full size washer and dryer for laundry. Outside shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. House equipped with cable tv and wi-fi, DVD player, DVDs, books and games. There is a local movie rental store as well. Sip your coffee on the front porch while taking in the morning air and planning for your day! Walk down to the beach and watch the breathtaking sunset over the beautiful Caribbean ocean! The location is perfect for visiting beaches and Rincon's Central Plaza. The house is a short (5 minute) walk to Black Eagle beach. This beach is calm and clear. There are plenty of food choices nearby. The house is clean, and the neighborhood felt safe. Our family of four (2 teens, my husband, and I ) really enjoyed our vacation. Darlene, the house owner, was wonderful to work with. Our flight home was cancelled due to federal airspace closure, and she allowed us to stay a few extra days until we could get a new flight home. We really appreciated this. I highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here! Darlene was a wonderful communicator. The location was perfect...just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The use of beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards was so helpful. We can't wait to visit again!

This was our second time staying at this house, and we absolutely love the location. It's close to everything we enjoy doing in Rincon, making it a perfect spot for us.
