Quaint countryside apartment
This cute apartment is hosted by a sweet helpful couple. The place was clean, quiet, and secure. We were able to cook a nice dinner and breakfast with our groceries.
The property was great except for some hot water issues we had to sort out. It was located on the 2nd floor up an exterior spiral staircase which was not a problem for us but may be for some people.

Welll maintained accomodation for a quiet, relaxing holiday, enjoying some good hikes
Very clean accomodation, well ventilated upon arrival, which is a plus in Corona times. The accomodation was well maintained, with all one needs in the kitchen and a warm, well functioning shower. Outside is a little terrace, allowing to enjoy the early evening sun. The neighbourhood is quiet. Warm welcome. The hosts live next door, so very easy for asking something. They are very friendly and ready to help. The accomodation is located close to the border with Luxemburg. Vianden is only a few km away. The surroundings are excellent for some good hikes, both in Germany and in Luxemburg. Some leaflets/maps with hiking suggestions and a book with walks in Luxemburg are at your disposition.
The bed was a bit hard for me, but others may like a bed that is not too soft. Not too much space in the kitchen, but everything you need is available. Some instructions on how to handle the garbage could be useful.

Relaxing and exploring Vianden
Spacious accommodation with private entrance and free parking on side. Great balcony and good location next to Vianden. Dogfriendly and walking oppertunities in the direct area. Very friendly and flexible owners!
It would have been useful do have a waterboiler and a toaster, but not having them did not affect our stay. The pillows could maybe be a bit firmer.
