The apartment is approximately 90 m² in size and features 2 double bedrooms—one with an additional bunk bed and a crib—as well as access to a large balcony; 1 living room/bedroom with access to another balcony; 1 kitchen-living room, and 1 bathroom, a covered terrace, and a large play and sunbathing area with a garden grill. Equipped with a TV, satellite, and stereo system; kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, and much more.
Garage use: €5 per day; dog: €10 per day.
Children under 3 years old stay free
On-site costs: Included: heating, bed linens, kitchen linens, towels, electricity, and water. Children up to 3 years old stay with us for free. Garage use: €5 per day; dogs: €10 per day; €30 per sauna evening; tourist tax: €1 per adult per day for up to 7 days. After booking, a 25% deposit is due within the next 5 days. The balance is due on-site.
