Struttura accogliente, proprietari gentili, discreti e sempre presenti in caso di necessità. Si vede che c'è cura nei dettagli, trattandosi di appartamenti c'è sempre il dubbio di doversi portare dietro mezza casa, ma per fortuna non è necessario presso questa struttura.
Lo spazio esterno è un giardino in comune con gli altri villeggianti, curato, con giochi, amache e panchine. Adatto a famiglie con bambini.
Ci sono a disposizione anche diverse biciclette per poter fare delle passeggiate.
È a disposizione anche un parcheggio privato con cancello automatico.
Appartamento un po' piccolo:l'unico spazio con un tavolo per mangiare è nel portico dell'appartamento, un po' esposto al passaggio degli altri ospiti e inoltre potrebbe risultare fastidioso in caso di condizioni meteo avverse.
Consiglio maggiore cura delle biciclette.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating! The property is ideal for a stay with kids, with its large shaded garden with bikes, balls, slides and swings. There are also bikes that the guests can use to move around Villammare or ride on the cycling paths around, and they were very useful for us since we reached Villammare by train. The accommodation is also in a very convenient location, walking distance from the beach.
Our apartment was quite large for 2 adults and 2 kids with (more than) one lovely terraces to spend some time relaxing.
Maybe, since we do cook a lot and for the kids too, some more kitchen utensils would have saved us some time. Anyway, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for a short stay there! :)

I cannot recommend this lovely little oasis’s any more than the reviews written. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfy stay, with a very modern/brand new feel to the place. The grounds are lovely with a fruit orchard as your garden which the dog loved, plus there is off street parking aveilable if required. A lovely pizzeria at the bottom of the road(2 mins) as is a lovely promenade with plenty of cafes.

The house was wonderfully furnished, with everything I needed made available for me! The garden in the centre of the houses was beautiful, with deckchairs, lemon trees, and a barbecue that I would've used if it had been sunnier. It felt very peaceful in the house and in the garden, despite it only being a two minute walk to the beach, so it was the best of both worlds. The hosts were very friendly and more than helpful whenever I had any questions. The best part for me was probably the bikes that were available for me to use, which meant I could cycle down to the beach, and down by the seafront to Sapri. Couldn't recommend staying here more!
