About this villa rental

Villa equipped with every comfort, located in a land of about half a hectare, with olive trees, pines, eucalyptus, flowering plants, fruit and aromatic, large shaded areas and private parking. Situated 30 meters above the sea, with access from the main road through via private drive. The car is necessary for trips to Pisciotta, Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Marina di Pisciotta and to reach the railway stations of Pisciotta-Palinuro and Centola-Palinuro. The house consists of a large living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, new fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry outside. Indoor and outdoor showers. Large and comfortable covered patio adjacent to the house, with outdoor dining table and with a panoramic view of the sea towards Capo Palinuro. Access to the beach via a path inside the property.

We spent very nice time in the Villa Agave, everything was perfect: location, comfort in the house, cleanness, equipment of the house (it would be hard to find anything that was missing) and the best was the outdoor terrace with beautiful view and large garden providing complete privacy. Sabina was very helpful about everything: organization of our arrival, recommendation for beaches, restaurants and also about practical matters in the house. Just one thing we would appreciate extra, and that is the wifi connection. Thank you once again Sabina!

Located in a quite area not far from shops, sandy beaches and marina the villa has a beautiful sea view and a private path to the sea with a stones' beach just beside a holiday's village. The villa is equipped with all you need for a pleasant and confortable stay. Two bed rooms that can accommodate 4 pax and a sofa bed on the living room offer the possibility for a fifth person. Kitchen is completed and efficient. Anyway most of the time we spent on the outside patio that is quite big and always cool thanks to the sea breeze. Sabina, the owner is very kind and arrange everything perfectly. Reccomanded.
