About this villa rental
Villa equipped with every comfort, located in a land of about half a hectare, with olive trees, pines, eucalyptus, flowering plants, fruit and aromatic, large shaded areas and private parking. Situated 30 meters above the sea, with access from the main road through via private drive. The car is necessary for trips to Pisciotta, Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Marina di Pisciotta and to reach the railway stations of Pisciotta-Palinuro and Centola-Palinuro. The house consists of a large living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, new fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry outside. Indoor and outdoor showers. Large and comfortable covered patio adjacent to the house, with outdoor dining table and with a panoramic view of the sea towards Capo Palinuro. Access to the beach via a path inside the property.

We had an amazing time in Sabrina’s house, which is very charming in a beautiful Mediterranean garden and terrasse surrounding the sea. The Cilento region truly deserves the discovery !

We spent very nice time in the Villa Agave, everything was perfect: location, comfort in the house, cleanness, equipment of the house (it would be hard to find anything that was missing) and the best was the outdoor terrace with beautiful view and large garden providing complete privacy. Sabina was very helpful about everything: organization of our arrival, recommendation for beaches, restaurants and also about practical matters in the house. Just one thing we would appreciate extra, and that is the wifi connection. Thank you once again Sabina!

Abbiamo appena terminato la settimana di soggiorno presso questa bella dimora a Caprioli.È stata un'esperienza veramente piacevole. È una casa veramente ben disposta,accogliente e ben attrezzata. Avremo un bellissimo ricordo delle colazioni fatte sotto la pergola con vista verso il mare e soprattutto dei bellissimi tramonti goduti stando stesi sulle amache. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di accedere al mare attraverso una stradina privata, per fare una nuotata serale prima di andare a cena nel carino borgo di Pisciotta

Se siete in cerca di un posto dove rilassare mente e anima questo è il posto giusto! La villa è molto accogliente, il panorama è mozzafiato ed è a due passi anche da Palinuro per chi in cerca di di un po’ di movimento! Ma consiglio vivamente di vivere la casa e tutto quello che offre!
