The location and the space of the room.
No parking included in the booking and having to unpack dishwasher if not you get charged.

Great location. Lots of wardrobe space.
Good blinds …rooms dark when sleeping. Size of unit and like a separate dryer to washing machine so that was great.
Very noisy air conditioning. When unit is running (or not) it makes a vibrating noise. Difficult when trying to sleep. No wifi. Main bed needs new bed frame and mattress. Not in good condition.
Hair not cleaned up in property. Cleanliness was average lots of hair and sand. Lift not working for first two days of our stay.
