the beds weren’t made. this was extremely frustrating. the last thing I want to do is make up beds for everyone when arriving on holiday

The location is great.
The unit needs a good clean. Dust on bedside table, cupboards, inside and out in the kitchen are dirty. For paying the exorbitant price I would expect better cooking utensils not cheap plastic ones. Single doonas covers and doonas are cheap polyester ones that are terrible to sleep in and I wonder if they were clean and fresh for our stay.
