The apartment is located in the city center near bars and restaurants. Also is near the harbor. Good decoration and good comunication with the host. The balcony has a sea view.

Nothing, all good!

Great stay! Apartment was exceptionally clean, bright, spacious and well decorated. Kitchen well equiped and bathroom convenient. There is a balcony with a sea view. Parking is easy (there are 2 or 3 parking lots within walking distance of the apartment-around 12 euros per day. Just ask the host for information and she'll give you detailed options). The building is new and the check-in/out process really easy and straightforward. The location is the best one can get in Heraklion! The apartment is right in the centre of the city, about 30m from the beachfront and 2-3mins walk from Lions Square but very calm and quiet. There are cafes and restaurants, bakeries around and there is, also, a kiosk that remains open until very late at night (2 or 3a.m!)

Having read some of the reviews, we were a bit hesitant of booking this apartment but decided to give it a go. And it was a great decision! The building (I guess it's an apart-hotel kind of building) has just undergone a complete renovation and is really modern, secure and well lit inside and out. The location is top notch. Right in the centre of the city on a pedestrian street just opposite the seafront. Literally everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is better than in the photos! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well decorated and very bright with a great balcony overlooking the pedestrian street and with a sea view at the rear. Although, we had a short stay, we did use the kitchen to prepare meals due to dietary restistrictions and we found it to be very well equiped and convenient. CHeck-in/Check-out process was really easy and the host was amazing (she allowed us a late check-out without extra charge and kept our suitcases prior to check-in as we arrived really early in the morning). All in all, a great experience and we we will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία

Δυστυχώς υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά στο δωμάτιο προερχόμενη από τα σώματα θέρμανσης και από τα σεντόνια. Επίσης βρέθηκαν 4 κατσαρίδακια στην περιοχή της κουζίνας και του μπάνιου μαζί με μυρμήγκια. Από την ημέρα της άφιξης μας γίνονταν εργασίες στο κατάλυμα με αποτέλεσμα την διαταραχή της καθημερινότητας μας . Του ρούχα μας ήταν μέσα στην σκόνη λόγω των εξωτερικών εργασιών . Παρόλα αυτά Η οικοδέσποινα συννενόησιμη . Το ακραίο της κατάστασης είναι ότι δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά καθρέπτες εκτός του μπάνιου . (Παρόλο που υπήρχαν φωτό στο site ) καθώς και τα πόμολα στις πόρτες δεν ήταν σωστά τοποθετημένα και έπεφταν . Λυπούμαστε πολύ για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ! Δεν ανταποκρίνονταν στις συνθήκες διαβίωσης .
