Well, stayed there during the last week of December, including NYE. Price-wise (about 50 Eur/day) this was a very good deal, considering the high season, apartment itself, the neighborhood and our needs.
Apartment: it is a very secure apartment in a modern building with a free parking, perfect for someone with a car. The interior is also modern, with a view to a nice courtyard. Very good quality bed and shower. There kitchen seem also to be equipped, although we didn't use it.
Parking: you have a guaranteed free parking place in the underground building parking. But probably it is better to avoid storing valuables inside the car, since the parking is easily accessible from the exterior.
Neighborhood: modern apartment block with great accessibility to everything. There is a nice cafe in the courtyard ('Le Petit Bistro A Blok'), just in front of the building exit door, although not cheap for the Belgrade. The Delta Shopping Mall is just 7-10 minutes away. You can find a currency exchange office on one of the corners of that block, next to a pharmacy "Apoteka Jagoda". But also you have plenty possibilities for the currency exchange inside and outside the Delta Shopping Mall. Particularly, next to the SuperMaxi grocery store, there a currency exchange machine that would convert your EUR or USD automatically into a local currency, but without change. The exchange rate seems fare.
Restaurant 'Despacito' on the other corner of the block is another place that you would want to try. Again not cheap, but neither is extremely expensive.
Accessbility: 20-25 minutes to the city center parking lot, sometimes there might be strong traffic. I know that there are several buses going to the city center, and also several bus stops around the block. But since I didn't use them, cannot really say about the location convenience by public transport.
Overall: I was happy for choosing this apartment, and would definitely use it again in the future.
Nearly nothing that is worth mentioning.
During the winter (according to what we noticed generally in Serbia), the heating, in my opinion, is working way too much (and I don't think you can control it), so that you will need sometimes to open the windows in order to obtain 'normal' (e.g. 21 - 25°C) temperature (I'm sure it is above 25°C). Anyway, this is not an issue, since it is definitely not cold in winter. There was also an air conditioning, but we didn't use it, since there was no need.
The only small drawback to me was a single power strip to feed all your devices, located under the TV. Although it has 5-6 sockets, personally I would prefer to have it closer to a nightstand.
