We had really good time.

Breakfast is not included. However, you are 20 steps away from the beach. WIFI is good, air conditioner is present in each room and is not charged extra.

Poor Apartment

Raffaelo beach and the pedestrian street by the sea is 2min by foot.

The beds were not confortable, you delay your move while sleeping because everytime you do it - the bed sounds like it would crash. We had some navigation problems finding the Apartment and then contacted the owners. They did tried to navigate us, but still should have tried better (for ex: they should have told the lady who works there just to get outside and meet us.) Instead of that, we had some 3 or 4 circles around the city and at the end, when we finally found it, we were forced alone to find a parking place and pay for it for 3 days!!!If they organized better, we would have find them sooner and would have had a free parking place. Also, every night the music from the beaches is too loud and keeps you awake until early in the morning.

The location, it was perfect! I also have to say that the local manager who welcomed us was marvelous, she was really friendly, always reachable and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible

The fridge did not work when we arrived, the local manager had it replaced pretty quickly, but the second one wasn't fully functional either - even though we set it to the lowest degree, our water bottles were almost room temperature. The worse thing however was the bed, or should I say the lack of it - we did not have a normal bed, like in the pictures show when you look up the property, we had a couch!! It was very uncomfortable so the local manager tried to help by giving us a blanket to soften it up, but it didn't help much. This was really frustrating, especially given the fact we stayed for 6 nights! The apartment is obviously an additional improvised set up, but regardless of the looks, we at least expected a real bed! To sum it up, out of the 3 things you really need on a summer vacation: 1-bed, 2-fridge, 3-air conditioning, this property only got 1 thing right-we had no issue with the air conditioning. So I as a paying customer, I have to say I'am really disappointed!

The location and parking space. The Manager was nice.

AC wasn't functioning, it was too hot and no fresh air. Since I was on the street level, I was not able to keep the windows open.

It was comfortable staying, although breakfast is not included. We had to call the staff in order to obtain the keys.

Hotel excepts cash only. It is ok, but it would be nice to know ahead. This maybe issue with the booking.com advertisement - we could not see this requirement when booked the place. Also, our rooms (1, 5) were advertised as sea view rooms, but they are not. To get to the beach - need to use stairs and cross the road, then walk a bit. Everything is ok, but better to advertise more accurately.

The air conditioning worked.

I booked this accommodation purely on the basis that there was free parking and there is not. it’s a complete lie. The owners tried to charge me 20 euro to park. Thankfully a nice girl in a shop explained how we could park and buy a parking pass for 6 euro for 24 hours but this added a lot of stress to our drive from Croatia. I would not recommend booking here. When we arrived the windows and door was open and so lots of bugs and mosquitos were in the room. There is loud music from the bars on the beach. The shower was so poor and old that we didn’t even use it.

Very good

Good location, close to the beach and restaurants, nice, comfortable appartment with a small but functional kitchen, table and chairs outside in shade, large room and bathroom. Our hostess, Daniela was very helpfull, she ordered taxis for us and even ironed my clothes. Special thanks again.

Superb

Very helpful and welcoming host, helped us with the parking space. The apartment itself and towels, bedlinens were very clean. Very close to the beach and cafes but not noisy to sleep.

Since our apartment was on the basement level, it somewhat lacked fresh air when we were sleeping with the door closed, especially in the second room. Also, be careful when looking for the apartment on your drive there! It is a one-way street so if you miss it, you’ll have to make a long round trip to come back again.

Great value for money, this is not an "upmarket" area, the location was fantastic.

Danielle our host was easily contactable before and was always available when we were there. Location is tops, few steps to a great beach and everything we needed for self catering. We got good value for what we paid for. Bear in mind this is not an "upmarket" area, don't expect 5-star accommodation....you can expect good value and clean with all you need.

Linen, towels and bed linen a little dated could be changed for new. Those available were clean and very usable.
