Best budget-friendly beach stay for families!

The apartment itself was perfectly suited to our needs (size, facilities, location etc.); we were very fond of the fact that we could use a washing machine to do our laundry and even had a kitchen! But what definitely stands out the most is the host's hospitality, helpfulness at any time and kindness. Thank you so much for making us feel like home!

The only downside was that there is no parking in front of the apartment, but considering the location and price, it would be too much to expect :) -The host however kindly pointed to all available options around and was waiting for us at agreed check-in time to help with the unpacking and make everything as smooth as possible! Thank you so much once again!

Beautiful gem in Herceg Novi with lovely view and close to everything

Location is excellent, close to everything, old town 10-15 min easy walk, Igalo 7-8 min to walk to other side, beach is front of the apartment, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, shop is close too, there is beautiful pathway beside the sea just few steps down of apartment. Apartment is nice and clean, beautiful view from the balcony, air-condition working fine, big TV in the room, internet is good, kitchen is well equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle and all dishes, there is also washing machine in bathroom. Owner of apartment Ms Minja and her son Svetozar are lovely people, very helpful and always available on the phone if you need anything. Would highly recommend this apartment and you won't regret staying there...I will definitely come back. Hvala gospođa Minjo i Svetozare na prelepom odmoru u Herceg Novom i boravku u vašem apartmanu... i svim budućim gostima toplo preporučujem ovaj apartman i sigurno nećete požaliti ako ga izaberite.

It's a beautiful place to relax.

Cozy place. Great location. Very good-natured host, everything told and explained. The apartment had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing, it is perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner there. The host was always on call and could always be contacted if we had any questions. It was a pleasure to be a guest in this house. My wife and I had a wonderful time there. There are stores and restaurants nearby.

We liked the location, sea view and everything was near (beaches, restaurants, Idea store, Old town...) Apartmant had everything what we needed, was clean and comfortable. Mrs Minja and her son who own the apartment were very nice and there for us for whatever we needed. We would recommend it to everybody. We attend going back again.

Better to find an apartment in more quiet place, further from the first line

Location is good. Landlord lady is pleasant in talks.

During hot summer night there are two options: - either you switch on AC and after some time it starts to buzz noisy; - or you open the balcony door and you can hear laugh and shouts of pedestrians from marine promenade street until 3 am and even later. Trash can was not clean enough and we used a plastic bag for waste.

Very nice and clean apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. Great location. We had everything we needed for our stay. Mrs. Minja our hostess, was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

An amazing stay in a great location, Herceg Novi and our host were both amazing.

The view was stunning and the property in a great location. The host and her son were both amazing and so helpful, giving suggestions of places to visit and being available via message whenever needed.

Only downsides were that the beds were not particularly comfortable and the shower would flood the bathroom when used, but these are minor things and still thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.

Excellent balcony view and a super nice host

I mostly enjoyed my balcony and its fantastic view over the Herceg Novi bay. The host was extremely welcoming and supportive in all the matters, showing me around, referring good places for meals and even ordering me taxi as I did not have the local sim card.

Instead of a curtain, a closed shower cabin would be a better option.

The host was very welcoming and hospital. Appartment was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Appartment located just next to the beach, with a terrace to enjoy the view while drinking morning coffee. A place worth recommendation.

Freue mich auf nächsten Sommer!

Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich durfte viel früher wegen der frühen Ankunft einchecken und deutlich später auschecken. Es wurde oft von der Minja I. nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und ob wir etwas bräuchten. Die Lage ist einfach nur Top. Keine 2 Minuten ist der Strand entfernt. Hier empfehle ich den Strand sowie Beach Club Raffaello. Super Markt 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Ih empfehle euch pflegeprodukte mitzubringen da sie dort ziemlich teuer sind. Ich werde nächstes Jahr mehr als 7 Tage bei Mako buchen.
