Great sea view, poor location

• Wonderful views of the sea from the balcony of the living room (could be improved by removing the big flower pots that cut the view when sitting down) • Clean and spacious apartment with good range of facilities • A supermarket right next to the building

• Parking: it's possible to get a parking spot on the street of the building, but it's extremely crowded and difficult to manage; we circled around for about 1h before finally finding one. All other nearby streets have paid public parking, and it didn't work paying without a Montenegrin phone number (tried sms and 2 different apps). • Location: the area gets super noisy at night - loud Balkan turbo-folk music, motorcycles and cars, people shouting and partying... It's a bit of a rusty neighbourhood, and not as close by the sea as advertised (takes about 15min to walk down and 17-20 to walk back up the hill, lots of stairs, so really not for everyone). Plus, the best part of the city is the old town, 20 minutes away. The coordinates on Booking.com are correct, but searching for the address on Google Maps takes you to the wrong place. Better search for no. 33 or the Idea supermarket, which is right next to it. • Very late check-in: possible only after 16:00.

Amazing view from the terrace, well equipped apartment on a good location.

Apartment is well equipped with everything you need, clean, comfortable and the view from the terrace is amazing. The location is good, there is a store nearby, and it's about a 10-15 min walk to the promenade by the sea or city center and old town. The parking is free, but it is on the street, so sometimes you can find a spot nearby but sometimes you need to look for a spot a bit further. The host is kind and responsive, everything was as agreed.

Quiet place, ideal for vacation. Clean, cozy, comfort apartmen with a beautiful view on the sea. The host was very kind and professional. Will definitely come back to this place.

Вид с балкона просто шикарный. Комнаты чистые,на кухне есть какие-то необходимые продукты:соль,Сахар,чай,уксус,Олия,специи. Магазин в соседнем доме,напротив кафе есть. Были удивлены лифтом. Я родилась в СССР ,но такого лифта не видела) весело было😁

Позднее заселение с 16.00 Это не очень удобно. Мы выезжали из отеля в Тивате в 11 и хотели заселиться раньше в Герцег Новом,но это было невозможно сделать и пришлось ждать три часа.

Идеальное соотношение цена-качество и превосходный вид на бухту

Роскошный вид на бухту с балкона, на котором есть столик и стулья, можно завтракать или наоборот встречать закаты. Наличие бесплатной парковки рядом с домом, тогда как в Херцег Нови найти бесплатную парковку очень сложно. Дружелюбная хозяйка, которая всегда на связи и готова помочь

Расположение не самое идеальное, до достопримечательностей придется прогуляться минут 10-15 по склонам холма вверх-вниз, но за такие деньги лучшего расположения вы не найдете. К сожалению, в апартаментах не было электрического чайника, может быть он сломался незадолго до нашего визита, и хозяйка не успела купить новый, так что для других гостей эта проблема может быть не актуальной, но мы нашли выход и грели воду на плите в емкостях для варки кофе. Т.к. мы останавливались всего на две ночи, для нас это не стало проблемой. Кроме того мы не смогли нормально воспользоваться wi-fi, он то работал, то отключался, возможно, мы просто не смогли разобраться с тем, как правильно функционирует роутер, и это наша вина. Но т.к. у нас был свой мобильный интернет, мы не стали на эту проблему обращать внимание, в любом случае, уверен, что хозяйка помогла бы нам решить этот вопрос, если бы мы обратились. Все остальное, что может понадобиться даже для длительного проживания в апартаментах было, даже утюг и гладильная доска.

Все отлично

Отличная просторная квартира с потрясающим видом с балкона. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. Пешая доступность до пляжа и старого города. Лестница не так уж страшна, как о ней пишут 😁 для тех, кто боится лестниц, можно выбрать дорогу через старый город (всего на 5 минут дольше). Однозначно рекомендую!

Все хорошо, места всем хватило, все необходимое было. Хозяйка очень приятная и приветливая.

Чудесный вид на море. Все кухонные приборы есть, можно приготовить еду. Есть ванна и балкон с видом на море.

Квартира старовата и требует некоторого косметического ремонта. Но не значительно.
