It’s hard not to fall in love with Happy Place! This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom WaterColor Beach District condo sleeps 6 and is south of 30A—steps from the Beach Club and the Gulf! This 2-story condo has 2 balconies, Gulf views, and is above restaurants and shopping. Guests might never even cross 30A.
Guests enter an open kitchen, dining, and living space with lots of natural light from French doors and windows overlooking a balcony. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops provide ample room for those moments when dinner at your Happy Place sounds better than venturing out. A dining table for 5 divides the kitchen from the living area. Guests may relax on a slipcovered wrap-around sofa or chairs while enjoying a movie on a 41†flat-screen TV or step through French doors to a balcony overlooking WaterColor’s Beach District. A table and chairs provide space to enjoy coffee or an afternoon cocktail, feel the salt-air breezes, and watch the activity below.
A primary and a guest bedroom are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has an upholstered king bed, a matching twin daybed with a twin trundle, and lots of natural light streaming through French doors that open to a private balcony with Gulf views. Painted a calming seafoam green, the balcony has beautiful Gulf views. The primary bedroom’s private bathroom has a double vanity, a soaking tub with jets, and a separate shower. Across the hall, a guest bedroom has a 4-poster queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

The property is nice and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s in a great location. The only big complaint about it was the air conditioning was absolutely freezing cold downstairs, but was warm upstairs even though the property manager told us it was blowing out of the vents at the same temperatures. The upstairs and downstairs need to be tolerable at this level of price
and we’ve lived around air-conditioning long enough to know it was not right. The location is fantastic. The other complaint is the property manager would not let us check in early which I understand but when they won’t give you the passes to the beach or the pool in advance that’s annoying. So we had to sit around and wait for hours before we could do anything.

We had a great time in watercolor and at this location. It as super convenient to the amazing beach and pool. Can’t wait for the construction to be finished. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and it was not crowded at all! Also, we couldn’t have asked for better weather.
