Welcome to "Grace Place" a recently updated stunning condo in Watercolor, offering the perfect location for your vacation getaway! The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom suite on the first floor offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower and single vanity. The other guest bedroom boasts roomy queen-over-queen bunks and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands.
Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Concierge Cottages does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart.

We had a reservation issue that was our fault. Really appreciate the ease of accommodating our trip. The condo was very clean, well appointed, convenient to amenities.

Perfect location, quiet, end unit, 1st floor entrance and close to everything. All new inside but feels more like hotel than home. Also no shade darkening on any windows so every morning by 6:00am it’s really bright in bedrooms. In all it was a beautiful place and we would stay again given the location.

This condo has been recently updated and is pretty, but not comfortable and it is missing some essentials. First, the living room furniture is uncomfortable. The sofa is hard and has a super low back which is odd. The chairs are also hard and uncomfortable. Not a good space for gathering in the evening. Second, the bathrooms look like they have been recently updated, but they forgot to install any towel bars or hooks. We found that odd. There are some positives...The location is perfect! It is so close to the Watercolor Beach club and beach access. It is also super close to shops and restaurants. The management company was fantastic! They were super responsive and helpful!
