This property is in an excellent location with super easy access to the beach club pools and beach. The kitchen is updated and overall the place was very nice and comfortable.
Unfortunately I had trouble cooking dinner for the family since the oven door doesn’t completely close and was never able to reach the correct temperature - even leaning against it to close it, there is still a gap. Also the dryer needs replacing as 3 out of 4 loads I had a drawstring get caught on the edge and it burnt the end and twisted it up a ton. So as long as you don’t dry anything with drawstrings or plan to use the oven, the place is really fantastic!!!
About the customer service - We didn’t have the correct number of wristbands when we arrived even though I specifically verified the amount a couple days earlier. We didn’t receive the replacements until noon the next day, so could not access the amenities until then which was upsetting since the kids were so excited to start our vacation and we missed valuable time.

This condo was close to the beach and provided 3 boogie boards and 2 adult bicycles. We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen table was sticky and not wiped down when we arrived, but that's not a huge deal. We had a great time!

Loved location and watercolor in general. Not crazy bout communication between 360blue and watercolor. There issues should spill over to become guest issue.
