The Case di Zenzero are small houses from the early 1900s located in the historic central quarters of old Ravenna, newly renovated in 2018. The idea was born from the desire to make our guests live a short experience of Ravenna's life. You will be welcomed in an environment with luxury suite finishes, in silence, in peace and in maximum security for your comfort and your privacy. Built with high standards, the Case di Zenzero are located a stone's throw from the historic center, the area of greatest monumental interest, the restaurants of the best Romagna tradition and the shopping streets. We want you to fully enjoy the opportunities offered by our unforgettable city.
The house is a real gem, a boutique house with an enveloping environment, with a pleasant, relaxing and silent atmosphere in total privacy.
Thanks to its strategic position, in 5 minutes on foot you will reach Porta Adriana which will introduce you to the main pedestrian shopping street, restaurants and mosaics, where you will discover the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the National Museum of Ravenna, the Basilica of San Vitale, the ancient Franciscan Cloisters, the famous Domus of the Stone Carpets, together with other monuments recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The unit consists of four rooms, two bedrooms, one double with a king size bed and a smaller one with bunk beds (one bed 120 × 190 + one bed 80 × 190), large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, two bathrooms and small courtyard with large fireplace for barbecue.
The armored entrance door, with electronic locking, is protected by an access code which will be delivered to you upon your arrival. The code is changed at the end of each stay.
Always a few minutes away you will find some of the best restaurants in Ravenna, such as the Gallo, the Rustichello, Pizzeria la Corte, the Anchovy ...
There is a closed public car park 5 minutes walk from the house, as well as other car parks available in the area. The road that will lead you to the house is small and characteristic and although the house can be reached by car for loading and unloading, it will be difficult to find a parking lot in this historic and narrow street.

We absolutely loved everything about this house, our dealings with Paolo, and the city of Ravenna and its people. We were so close to the historic section of town and it's beautiful mosaics. We were also walking distance to the train, which we took to attend the F-1 races in Imola. Everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. The house itself was the perfect size, and we really enjoyed the courtyard.

Located in a residential neighborhood with easy walking distance to most sites in Ravenna, this place has everything you need to be comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and helpful.

We hebben 1 week verbleven in casa di Zenzero. De woning is schoon en van alle luxe voorzien zoals 2 badkamers met stortdouche, was- en vaatwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, wifi en tv's op de slaapkamers. Lekker binnenplaatsje om te zitten. Ligging tegen het historische centrum van Ravenna aan. Eigenaar Paolo heeft ons van veel nuttige informatie en praktische tips voorzien. Een prima uitvalsbasis om Ravenna en omgeving te verkennen.
