The house, in the style of the "Case di Genzero", is independent, built in the early 1900s and completely renovated in 2019; it is a real jewel, a boutique house with an enveloping environment, with a pleasant, relaxing and silent atmosphere in total privacy. enveloping, with a pleasant, relaxing and silent atmosphere in total privacy. The unit consists of a living room with double sofa bed overlooking the private internal courtyard, service bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and, on the first floor, two double bedrooms each with separate bathroom, one with a King bed size. The armored entrance door, with electronic locking, is protected by an access code which will be given to you upon your arrival. The code is changed at the end of each stay. Particular attention has been paid to silence and security, also realized with shatterproof and noise-proof windows together with acoustic insulation in the perimeter walls.

Very good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Great for seeing the sights. The property was excellent with very comfortable sleeping arrangements - great beds and excellent bathrooms. Could not have been better. Our host was really friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay.

Well located. Beautifully appointed. Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and warm with double glazing. Easy checkin with very friendly and accommodating host. Nice extra touches such as a welcome bottle of good Prosecco and useful supplies such as olive oil. Faultless

This house was beautifully decorated and maintained. It is even better than the pictures. It was very well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials and was very spacious, clean and well-lit. The location was excellent - a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. There is Netflix and Prime Video on the TVs. Paolo provides extensive recommendations and how-to videos for checking in, operating appliances, etc. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay!
