8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location and the space. The bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower. There were no staff to evaluate, but the host graciously provided coffee for us to make in a Bialetti.
The apartment could stand sprucing up, but the “concrete” pillows were a problem and interfered with my sleep. I realize that this is a personal preference, but the pillows, and not the slight noise from the main piazza which our apartment faced, were a real negative.

Great location overlooking Piazza Popolo, easy walk to all major attractions and great for people watching! Communication with hosts was excellent and they were very quick to fix an issue. Easy to access building and apartment and so nice to have an elevator. Cosy apartment with well equipped kitchen. Restaurants at the front door.

A beautifully designed apartment.
We had a serious problem of the electricity suddenly going off in the apartment due to it seemed a faulty kettle and the owner expected us to sort out the trip switch which we didn't want to do and couldn't as all the meters were in a cupboard we couldn't open.It was a shame as it was a lovely apartment but all this spoilt our stay.
