Luxurious apartment in the historic center of Ravenna.
Situated in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria in Porto, it enjoys a breathtaking view. Free Wifi
The elevator arrives directly inside the house and it is very convenient for not lifting heavy suitcases. All the 3 double bedrooms have a bathroom and a private balcony. Both the living room and the kitchen look at the church, the first is very large with a romantic fireplace and the second is finished with an American fridge and a large stove.

We really enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. Very spacious and well decorated. Amazing views and it’s in a great location. There’s also a great little gelato shop on the opposite corner and we went there more times than I would like to admit.

Beautifully appointed, unusually large and comfortable, all amenities. Excellent location; very convenient to stores, restaurants, train station, historic area. We had a great stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious two floors, convenient location, comfortable beds, laundry availability, quiet and safe neighborhood, this rental really has so much to offer. Our one criticism was the entry process to the apartment. Elena, the property manager, did an excellent video of opening the outside entry gate, then accessing the keys from the key box inside a cupboard. Once we had the keys, my daughter got on the elevator in the entry way, and proceeded up to the second floor. When the elevator door opens, there is a locked door into the apartment, she tried several times to open this door to no avail. Another member of our group also tried the lock, the key kept turning but did not engage the lock. At this point, I called Elena, she answered promptly. When I explained the problem with the lock, she loudly argued that the keys worked, and we needed to keep trying. After much questioning by the two people who had tried to unlock the doors, on both the second and third floors that the elevators serves, Elena finally said to use the stairway to the right of the elevator. We had no problem opening the door (with the pink glass handle) and going up another flight of stairs to the apartment. We were able to open the door to the elevator from inside the apartment, then send it down to the lobby to retrieve our luggage. It would be very helpful to include the stairway access to the apartment as an alternative, if the key locks are difficult. It would have saved us a tense phone call to Elena.

Handy elevator to the duplex apartment. Lots of security, locks on from gate, front door, elevators means there’s quite about of initial entry anxiety. But once the entry codes are cracked it’s a pleasant, bright, and rather pretty place, all bedrooms have en suite and balconies- convenient to all the monuments.
