You can have BOTH! Book your vacation at this modern yet cozy, fresh water, pond retreat in the heart of BREWSTER, nestled in the woods, surrounded by songbirds. Our home is very close to bayside and Nantucket Sound beaches, and a short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore!
Sip your morning coffee or tea out on the private dock observing the resident ducks and swans as the sun rises over the water. Rent our kayaks, or bring your own paddle boards, kayaks or canoes and explore on this beautiful 93 acre kettle pond, Walkers Pond directly connects to an even larger Upper Mill Pond for an incredible paddle adventure. Observe the full moon over the water from the dock, deck or 2nd floor master suite~gorgeous!
Share barbecue, boiled lobster, or takeout on the deck, and enjoy an evening campfire overlooking the pond. Inside is ample space for end-of-the-day home entertainment - music, TV, or movies. In case of a rainy day, there are games, puzzles, ping pong, Foosball, mini-pool or settle in with a great book!
4 bedrooms (ALL air conditioned and with ceiling fans)sleep 8 comfortably on king, queen, full and twin beds.
There are 3 FULL BATHROOMS including one off the main hallway with a tub/shower. The first floor queen bedroom has a connecting private bathroom with pedestal sink and walk- in marble tiled shower. The second floor master suite has its own marble tiled bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
The kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, tile backsplash, all stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for 4, farm table with seating for 7, hardwood flooring and beautiful, large windows and slider overlooking the pond!
You will find laundry machines in the clean, unfinished basement down one level, along with a workout space, full sized ping pong table, foosball table, mini-pool table, and extra Adirondack chairs for outside relaxing. Walk out from basement through French doors onto a short pathway to our private dock and custom outdoor shower.
This is the perfect property for those wanting a beautiful, updated, clean, open concept home on the water. It is centrally located and close to everything!

The house and property were exactly as pictured. The owner was an excellent communicator. The house was lovely and thoroughly equipped, but we spent almost all of our time on the deck, dock, or pond, rarely seeing any other people. It was convenient to all our favorite places and beaches in Dennis and Brewster. We would definitely stay again!

Sue and Tom were some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and the house was pretty perfect all around. The attention to detail in the house is amazing, as they’ve really thought of everything you would need for a great vacation. We loved the kayaks and the ping pong table and the kitchen was so well stocked with beautiful appliances and utensils. It was also very quiet and peaceful on the lake with a lovely deck overlooking it. Would happily stay again next summer!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tom and Sue are wonderful hosts, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautifully renovated, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and cozy. Every bed is comfortable, as are all the sitting areas. Bathrooms are newly renovated and beautiful also. I often bring my own cooking supplies to a house rental, but there was no need for me to have done this, as the house was sufficiently stocked with good-quality pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. There were many games and books available, and our sons enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the (incredibly clean!) basement.The location is so peaceful and quiet, yet convenient to everything we needed (bike trails, bay and ocean beaches, ponds, restaurants, shops.) Being right on the pond was a wonderful treat. We loved sitting on the dock and admiring the pond, and also enjoying the views from the deck and inside the house. What a treat to wake up (in the beautiful and spacious master bedroom) to the sunrise and the mist on the pond. Definitely rent the kayaks, we had a blast. Such a great way to see birds and turtles and the leaves turning lovely fall colors. We had gorgeous weather, so also enjoyed biking and going to the nearby beaches.It was extremely helpful that Tom and Sue have a binder of very clear and useful information about the area, and all the appliance manuals. Everything in the house is clearly labeled. We’ve been going to the Cape for several decades, but appreciated all the advice and suggestions outlined in such detail in the binder. We hope to return for another stay in the Meyer’s beautiful home. Highly recommend!
